Is CBD oil / cannabidiol oil / hemp oil / cannabis oil legal?

The short answer is yes. WeThinkHealth uses CBD with THC levels that are less than 0.3%, which is the threshold used to determine industrial hemp, which is the terminology used for products that are legal to buy, consume, sell, and ship. In addition, we’ll have CBD with 0% THC very soon. That’s right, we’ll have CBD with zero percent THC. Will I fail a drug test as the result of using WeThinkHealth’s products?

The short answer is no. Using the recommended doses of CBD products on a recurring basis will not result in the failing of a drug test for employment purposes. However, the 0.3% THC products could trigger the highly sensitive tests used for professional athletes via their strict drug policies. We’re happy to announce the CBD with 0% THC for the athletes seeking our CBD products. Are WeThinkHealth’s products approved by the FDA?

No. The FDA has not approved any CBD products for the purposes of declaring their ability to cure or treat various ailments. As the result of federal law / the FDA, CBD products are considered a dietary supplement. In addition, WeThinkHealth doesn’t make any medical claims. As with all CBD related discussions, we encourage our readers to do their own research to maximize their hemp education and CBD education, and subscribe to our email list to receive further hemp oil information.

Does CBD oil get people high?

The CBD oil – alluding to CBD in general – does not get people high. CBD is not a psychoactive agent. The psychoactive element in the cannabis plant is related to the THC and the respective levels of THC that are present. WeThinkHealth CBD oil / CBD products are all below 0.3% THC, which cannot create a psychoactive effect. Also, WeThinkHealth will soon have CBD oil with no THC – that is, CBD with zero percent THC.

Is CBD natural or synthetic?

CBD is a natural byproduct of hemp, which is a natural byproduct of the cannabis plant. WeThinkHealth’s products are all derived from industrial hemp, which is naturally extremely rich in CBD and extremely low in THC. Further, WeThinkHealth will have CBD with zero percent THC soon, which will also be natural and will remain 100% legal.

Why buy CBD oil from industrial hemp rather than CBD oil from marijuana?

Technically, the CBD oil from industrial hemp and marijuana is the same. However, if one is getting their CBD from marijuana, they’re also consuming high levels of THC. Marijuana produces CBD with high levels of THC, whereas CBD oil / hemp oil / cannabidiol oil / cannabis oil from industrial hemp has THC levels less than 0.3%. So, if someone is looking to enjoy the benefits of CBD oil without a psychoactive effect (getting high) and/or risk failing a drug test, the CBD via WeThinkHealth is the answer.

How much CBD oil should I take / what’s the recommended dosage?

We don’t have any official medical recommendations, but we feel it’s best to start low and adjust from there. For example, with the CBD oil capsules, start with a 25 mg per day and increase as needed or desired. Also, we recommend consulting with your physician.
